Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free
The strategy to reach this niche audience focused on social media and a dedicated commitment by Bob's Red Mill to devote 31 days of gluten—free content on Twitter during the month of May, which is Celiac Awareness Month. Within the span of 31 days, the strategy resulted in a 310% increase in followers of the Bob's Red Mill Twitter feed not only exceeding our goal, but solidifying the reputation of Bob's Red Mill as a trusted manufacturer of wheat and gluten-free products.
Oregon Dairy Products Commission
For building awareness and interest in a community event, Koopman Ostbo turned to Twitter to promote an event and generate excitement. Smart use of this tool also meant that interested participants had an opportunity to interact with the Dairy Farmers of Oregon directly about the event.
GoSee Portland
Travel Portland turned to Koopman Ostbo for assistance launching its new social media destination marketing platform GoSeePortland.com. Koopman Ostbo's challenge was to increase usability of the site in a beta launch, then actively promote use of the site once it formally launched to the public. The team recruited more than five times our goal of new users to the site, and successfully positioned the site as a resource to locals and travelers to Portland alike.
